Die Rohrisolierung besteht aus direkt extrudiertem, hochwertigem thermoplastischem Polyethylen (PE)-Schaum und ist für die Bereiche Heizung, Sanitär, Lüftung, Klimaanlagen und Kühlung konzipiert. Der Schlauch ist sehr stark, reißfest und druckbeständig. Dank ihrer geschlossenen Zellstruktur nimmt die Rohrisolierung kaum Feuchtigkeit auf, selbst wenn die Oberflächenstruktur beschädigt ist. Dies verhindert Kondenswasserbildung und Korrosion. Zusammen mit dem hohen Raumgewicht des Schaums wirkt er zudem als wirksame Diffusionssperre und garantiert jahrzehntelang hervorragende Dämmeigenschaften.
