The fischer DuoSeal is a 2-component plug that seals the drill hole in wet rooms without the need for additional sealant. The nylon plug with the included stainless steel screw has been independently tested by the testing and certification institute of the Sure Fliesner Vereinigung e. V. Water tightness has been confirmed in accordance with ETAG 022 and DIN 18534 up to Water Exposure Class W3-I. Taking into account national and international sealing standards for wet rooms, the DuoSeal, in combination with the included screw, is suitable for applications in commercial, residential, and public wet rooms that are frequently exposed to splashing water and occasional water accumulation.
